Uploading your file (Outside the gateway)

  1. To request file in go to the portal website and select File In Requests
  2. You can then drag and drop your file in requests just as you would file out requests and click Upload Files when finished
  3. If you don't have automatic approval for File In the green bar at the top will be replaced by the following and you will have to wait for a data approver to review your file
  4. If you files require approval you will need to wait for someone to approve them. An email is sent once they have been approved.

Retriving your files (inside the gateway)

  1. Once they have been manually or automatically approved you can retrieve them from the data out website within your vdi and clicking on the Uploads button
  2. A list of your approved data in files will appear. Click on an application to view it
  3. From here you can either download each file in the request individual or all in a zip file similar to the file out process
