Scheduled Maintenance
We scheduled monthly maintenance windows. We try to keep disruptive non-urgent activities within these windows so inconvenience our users as little as possible. Scheduled maintenance includes things like reboots, upgrades and migrations. We try to warn users of affected systems what to expect in the week before the planned maintenance.
Maintenance happens on the third Thursday of the month usually between 10 am and 1 pm. All the services we run are at risk during this period.
