ISS Users - You can search for the following users in Outlook DS02@chi.swan.ac.uk, DS06@chi.swan.ac.uk etc.

If you're not able to log in to your Zoom appointment in this way, then you can "Join a meeting" using the meeting ID and Passcode.
ISS Users - You can add each individual room into your meeting invite based on the following users pattern in Outlook DS02@chi.swan.ac.uk, DS06@chi.swan.ac.uk etc.
You're unable to view the busy/free status of rooms via outlook but you can check their availability using the individual meeting room links provided below.
Top Tip: If you've sent a request to a mailbox and it's not been accepted within 5-10mins. Try adding DS07 fully such that DS07@chi.swan.ac.uk as the ISS account has no knowledge of the account.
