Log in to your application account
To activate your account you will be sent an email from igrp@chi.swan.ac.uk. The link within the email will allow you to set your password and log in for the first time.
Creating/Editing your IGRP application
You will be notified by email when your application is ready to fill out:
Click on the link in the email and select the application you would like to edit from the 'Active Applications' page.
To start the application, click 'Create Application Form'
Your application form will open and you can begin to fill out the form. For guidance on completing the different sections of the form please click ‘Application Guidance’ in the top right hand corner. This will open a separate tab that you can refer to if needed when completing the form.
Adding Application Editors
You can add editors to your application by going to 'Active Applications', selecting your application and scrolling down to 'Application Editors' then 'Select Application Editors.' You will need to know the email address of the application editor in order to add them to the application.
They will then be sent an email from igrp@chi.swan.ac.uk notifying them of the application. After setting up their account on the system they will now be able to access and edit the application. You will receive a notification via email if the application is edited.
Uploading Attachments
Supporting documents can be uploaded and viewed through the attachments section. The access scope can be changed according to who you would like to give permission to view the relevant documents:
Discussion Section
You can comment on your application by using the discussion section on the project landing page:
Other selected application editors on the project will receive an email notification when a comment on an application has been made.
You can save changes in your form by selecting ‘Save Form’ at bottom of the application. This will create a new version of the application. You will be able to continue editing your application the next time you log in.
If your form is complete and ready to be submitted, please select ‘Validate and Submit Form to IGRP Admin.’ This will be sent to IGRP Admin to process. You will be able to view a read only copy of the application after it is submitted. You will not be able to make any further edits after submitting.
When a comment or decision has been made on your application you will receive an email notification from igrp@chi.swan.ac.uk.
After the application has been submitted you will be able to access the read only version through 'Application Archive' in the toolbar on the landing page.
