Want to see your helpdesk tickets? Been added into a ticket and don't know where to see it? Look no further!

Step-by-step guide

Step 1: Go to the helpdesk portal at https://helpdesk.hiru.swan.ac.uk



Step 2: Log in

You should log in with a CHI account if you have one, otherwise use your UKSeRP account.



Step 3: Click on "Requests" at the top right



Step 4: Click on "My Requests"



Step 5: Rejoice as you can now see your tickets (smile)



Step 6 (Optional): Click on the "Created by me" dropdown and select "Where I am a particpant" to virew tickets you have been added to
