UKSeRP depoly IntelliJ IDEA CE to the VDI Desktops. Within this is a Python CE Plugin, currently the plugin doesn't load unless a custom property is set within the software. This setting persists through reconnections as it is saved within your profile.
To do this:
Load the software and click the settings cog at the bottom left.
Click Edit Custom Properties...
Add "idea.plugins.path=C:\intelliJPlugins as shown below.
