Some users have had issues logging into the HTML Access version of VMware Horizon. Users are advised to launch the Horizon client through the SAIL portal. If there are issues using Horizon client please ensure that your are working with the latest version.

Eclipse or the R interface lagging

Previously there have been issues around Nvidia licencing which has caused some lagging within Eclipse and R . If this occurs restart the desktop, if there is still lagging then please log a ticket with our helpdesk.

To log off Windows please use either of these methods:
