Unable to log into Web-based VMware Horizon

Some users have had issues logging into the HTML Access version of VMware Horizon. Users are advised to launch the Horizon client through the SAIL portal. If there are issues using Horizon client please ensure that your are working with the latest version.

App Volumes manager Error

If this error message appears it is likely due to a server error,  please log a ticket with our helpdesk.

Eclipse or the R interface lagging

 restart the desktop, if there is still lagging then please log a ticket with our helpdesk.

Eclipse issue with database

'Eclipse is requesting a driver / Database isn't working correctly'

Please follow the steps in this guide to connect to database, please check the Notes section, referring to the driver section. If still having an issue, please log a ticket on the helpdesk.

Logging off SeRP Desktop or Updating with DEM Refresh

'I've been advised to run DEM User Environment Refresh or DEM Refresh'

Click this shortcut, found on the Desktop.

'I've been advised to log off and reconnect but I'm still having an issue'

To log off Windows please use either of these methods:

From Horizon Client:

From Horizon HTML Access (Web):

Click tab in the screen (Center Left) to display the menu, click list icon and Log off.

Right click Windows icon on the Task Bar
