32 Bit Horizon Client may not function with some UKSerp's, as a precaution please use 64 Bit Client Version to ensure connectivity.
Before your able to connect to UKSeRP via VMware Horizon you may need to ask your organisations IT team to allow the connection.
The outbound ports required are:
- 80 TCP (http)
- 443 TCP (https)
- 4172 TCP & UDP
- 8443 TCP & UDP
The Horizon client will need to be able to connect to:
- offsite.connect.ukserp.ac.uk
- 137.44.141.43
HTTP(s) traffic can be via a proxy as long as https inspection (man in the middle) is not used.
