On occasion CHI DA will not reconnect automatically, this issue usually occurs when the device comes out of sleep mode. Being disconnected from CHI DA whilst off the CHI network will prevent system polices being applied, this includes licensing for software.

If you encounter issues with connectivity check the following.


Click the Network icon on the task bar, found in bottom right by default.

At the top of this menu, CHI DA should state 'Connected'. If this shows only 'CHI DA', mouse over and click.

You should see on this DirectAccess settings screen that it is 'Connected'. If 'Connecting...' is shown, please turn the WiFi off, then back on again. If this does not work, please restart the device.
